Paper Submission Guideline

Authors are requested to submit their manuscript (full length paper) in PDF format.
The manuscript should be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages in the IEEE Conference Format. The paper allows a maximum of six authors for submission.
Authors are encouraged to use the template available at the Download Template link provided below. Submitted papers must not have been published previously and must not be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions will be handled electronically; email submissions will NOT be accepted. All submitted papers will undergo peer review by a panel of reviewers to maintain IEEE standards.
